Kafka's Organic Returns Policy
We want you & your pet to be over the moon with your fresh pet meals! If you are dissatisfied with a product and need to return it, we're here to help. Just contact us by phone, email, or message within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate your support request.
How to Return
If you receive an incorrect order or defective product, please take a photo or video of the product and send it to us. We will replace it within 7 days with no shipping cost to you. Please keep all products in original packaging as we will request the items back to issue a replacement or refund. We will not be able to issue a replacement or refund if a product is more than 25% used. If you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com or give us a call at (604) 337-7463 and we'll be happy to solve the issue.
NOTE - If you have a picky pet please try only 1 pack of each flavour to begin with as we will not be able to issue refunds for any reason other than a defective/incorrect product.
If you cancelled a an order before it was shipped, a refund will be issued automatically to you to the original method of payment. If you request a return/exchange, a refund is initiated immediately after we receive the item back.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you paid by PayPal you should see a return within 3-5 business days.
