Local Delivery

We want to make it easy & convenient you to access nutritious fresh meals for your pet so we offer home delivery in Metro Vancouver, pickup from our Strathcona kitchen, or through select pet stores & independent retailers

What to expect

Kafka's pet food comes in insulated packaging and are kept frozen throughout delivery. All orders are delivered within 3-4 business days from when the order is placed. You will get a delivery notification the day before your delivery is scheduled to arrive letting you know of a delivery window.   

Delivery Area  

To keep items as fresh as possible and to facilitate cold delivery we currently only service Metro Vancouver: Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Delta, Langley & Surrey (Sorry rest of BC! we are hoping to come to you soon).

All deliveries within Metro Vancouver are FREE over $60. The following delivery charges apply for orders below the $60 minimum:
Vancouver, North Van, West Van - $4.99
Burnaby, New West  - $5.99
Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Moody - $6.99
Surrey, Delta, Maple Ridge, Langley, White Rock - $7.99
Abbotsford/Mission/Chilliwack - $9.99 (Minimum order $100)

Timing   

Our delivery days are currently:
Tuesdays 9AM-6PM
Fridays 9AM-6PM

When you place an order through our website you can expect to receive your meals within 4 days of placing the order (average delivery time is 2-3 business days). We will send an email notification the day before delivery informing you that your order is on the way and confirming the delivery window. If you have run out of food and need your order in a rush, please reach out to us at info@kafkasorganic.com. We will try our best to accommodate a faster delivery depending on your location, but we cannot guarantee this.

Handling

All Kafka's Organic pet meals are made fresh in our Strathcona kitchen in Vancouver, and frozen to avoid use of preservatives or additives. We deliver meals in insulated packaging which keeps meals frozen for up to 2 hours at room temperature. Please send us a note if you will not be home to receive your order and we will arrange an alternate delivery window to make sure your packs remain frozen until you can store it appropriately.
